My artistic practice moves between stage design and spatial installation. At its core is the relationship between the stage space and the auditorium – two states that are mutually dependent and shape our perception of publicness and intimacy.

I regard space as the starting point for my work. I am interested in how spatial structures influence behavior, shape social relationships, and create visibility. In my installations and stage spaces, situations arise in which visitors themselves become part of the action: they move, observe, are observed, and experience how perspectives shift.

I am fascinated by how performativity permeates our everyday lives – in spaces, gestures, clothing, and relationships. I am particularly concerned with the threshold at which we step from the private into the public sphere and expose ourselves to the gaze of others. In this transitional zone, power, perception, and the body are renegotiated.
